Amazing help from the staff especially Roschi!!!

This Law Firm is amazing!! After my back injury, I contacted Ultimate Law Firm and they took care of me right away. 👍🏼 Rosh left me walking away with more than I thought. The attorney Rosh was extremely professional and even negotiated my case for more. They believed I had something to fight for and helped me walk away with a good amount! Also the case manager Angela was also great throughout the process as far as helping with any questions and concerns that I had! I would recommend this office forsure. RUN--don't walk--away from this firm if you have a WC case! I will give the review I wish I had seen back in 2022 when I was searching for a WC lawyer: I signed on with this firm in June 2022 after 6 severe and different workplace injuries were denied. I needed help and Brandon promised he'd "put them in a corner" and "fight" and "aggressively pursue and get you what you are entitled to by law." Three months later nothing had happened so I called in. A few days later paperwork for 1 of my 6 injuries was filed and Rooshi helped with my deposition three months after that. And that's all that ever was filed; this firm completely ignored the other 5 injuries and claims. All while saying, "Trust us! We're fighting for you!" In the 18 months where this firm was "working" for me, I had to tell them at least six times that I had moved. My simple, short, infrequent emails were ignored. Many of my questions were never answered, and probably never even read. My phone calls and texts were unanswered and my voicemails ignored. It was an absolute nightmare. I felt stress about it almost every day while trying to sleep at night. I can't explain why I have different things to say than others. That part was confusing and sort of hurtful--why were all the other people having a great experience with employees or lawyers like Rooshi when I was basically just put away in a closet and spoken to a few times a year after much effort on my end? I don't have the answer. But I'm telling the truth about what I experienced. One of the last nails in the coffin was after being ignored for 18 months, I was sent a form to sign (no explanation why) a couple of HOURS before my hearing I'd been waiting and waiting for. "Hurry! You need to sign this!" I was told by someone at the firm who I'd never even heard of before this. Why? To approve an unlicensed attorney to represent me in court. I did not sign the form, and this firm sent an unlicensed attorney to represent me in court anyway! Boy oh boy... I'd recommend you save yourself almost two years of needless suffering and waiting and find someone else. Or don't. But for me, hiring these guys is one of the worst decisions I ever made, and firing them was one of the best. I hope you find good representation for your WC case! I know how much it sucks. There are many other attorneys and firms that aren't this one, and from what I've learned, it's best to find a certified specialist in WC law. Which these two attorneys are not. If I could do negative 5 Stars I would. This is the most unprofessional, ignorant and incompetent firm that exists. If you dont want your lawyer to drag your case for years please read. They have the worst staff on the planet, they will never take your call and they are always on lunch break, vacation, busy or on another call… Carla is the worst paralegal that team has, from the very first time I needed to talk to Brandon my lawyer it took me over a week to reach him … and Carla the paralegal in charge of my claim kept ignoring my calls, and when I finally get her on the phone she says, “Yes what can I help you with”, I say I need to speak with Brandon or the other attorney and she says “Their lawyers, duuuuuuuuh they're always busy” from then till now its always been the case with them.. always busy, always on break, always on leave . I advice you under no circumstances hire them, please go to any other job of the thousands and thousands of other workers comp attorneys…

Rooshi was such an amazing person to have on your side. She helped me with my workers compensation and I was really satisfied with her work. If you ever someone on your side Rooshi is the one!!!
