I'm very sick of these reviews lying. My situation is the same as all these reviews yet when you call they say they don't assist with the very thing they claim in reviews that is called lying and false advertising. It's very dishonest and disheartening too lie too the Public .

Lisa understood our situation and was VERY knowledgeable when it came to issues dealing with eating disorders. She was very fair with us and seemed to really care about our daughter and us. Great job.

I had a very obscure issue between an employer plan and an individual policy in a foreign country. I spoke to many lawyers before getting to Lisa who had no idea what they were talking about. Lisa cut through all the issues and zeroed in on the applicable state law which ended up being great news for me. She basically ended a very stressful moment in our family's life.

Our eight year old daughter who has significant special needs and requires medically necessary speech therapy was denied speech therapy from our health insurance. Kathleen MacDonald so kindly and generously provided Pro Bono services to our little girl. Kathleen was extremely instrumental, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us reach a favorable outcome with our appeal for speech therapy. Our insurance ended up approving and paying for our daughter's medically necessary speech therapy for (both past and future care). My husband and I are so grateful and thankful to Kathleen because this would not have been possible without all of her help and expertise! Kathleen was so kind, caring and compassionate to work with. I would highly recommend hiring and working with Kathleen.

I recently had a problem collecting the correct amount of insurance from CIGNA for a significant medical claim. I consulted with Lisa who was terrific. She was extremely knowledgeable about the subject, gave clear and concise advice and went beyond what I expected. I truly felt that my interest was most important to her. Lisa knew exactly what to do and gave me the exact steps I needed to take. Importantly, I followed her suggestions and CIGNA ultimately ended up paying the amount I felt was due.
