If I could give no stars, I would. I hired attorney, Mr. Frank Agello and instead of him getting facts of my case, his assistant met with me. This assistant had a short fuse and kept telling me about his case against Disney, instead of getting my information, which was highly inappropriate. On the day of my deposition, I was told Mr. Agello would not be at my deposition. I was told that Mr. Roy would be attending instead. I believe Mr. Roy was pawned off on me because he wasn’t familiar with the details of my case. Mr. Roy brought his driver (no law experience) into my deposition, which was the start of Mr. Roy's unprofessionalism on that day. This was the first deposition I have ever participated in and Mr. Raj Roy fell asleep several times during the deposition. I asked for it to be over per my attorney falling asleep and the other side refused. Later Mr. Roy’s firm told me of his medical condition and that’s why he slept. I wrote to the California Bar and complained about Mr. Roy’s sleeping during my deposition and they told me it was my decision to hire him and nothing could be done. After my Bar complaint, Mr. Roy and Mr. Agello dropped me and my case and in my opinion, that was retribution for complaining to the State Bar about their firm. At that point, I no longer had an attorney and the unprofessionalism of Mr. Roy ruined my case. I do not suggest hiring Roy Law Firm.

Raj and his legal team refused to give up and got results that I needed when most places thought there was no case. Very happy to know him and his staff.
