When hiring a lawyer you need someone who is able to settle your case, but is also capable of litigating it if things get nasty. Joel is that attorney. While he is not afraid to litigate and is excellent in court room if need be, he doesn't force things into the courtroom and settles cases that shouldn't or don't need to be litigated. I contacted a few attorneys before hiring Joel, but decided to hire him over the others, because he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable about my situation, was willing to listen and gave me honest feedback. He and his staff are great writers in preparation of all court documents required to convince the court of my case to Win.
