I got a horrible result from my 1st attorney in my divorce case concerning the Moore Marsden (the calculation to divide the community assets). I was fortunate to be referred to Mr. Seidel from the Accountant that was doing my calculations. Mr. Seidel gave me a realistic and informed outlook on my Appeal for my Moore Marsden court case. Anybody that’s in the unfortunate position to have to hire an attorney for a high conflict child custody case is already involved in a high drama situation. What makes navigating the waters easier, having piece of mind, and less drama is having representation where the attorney is extremely knowledgeable, highly respected, has over 2 1/2 decades of experience, and so personable that you know him and his team really do care about their client and take the time to understand and represent the client with the upmost professionalism and strategy that can only be learned through years of experience, practice, and knowledge. This is exactly what I found in the two years time that Joel Seidel and his colleague Tasneem Campwala represented me in my high conflict child custody case.
