We really appreciate how Oath has a system in place to move through the entire estate planning process. At first I thought it was a bit fast how smoothly and quickly they handled the process. I realized that Living Trusts are all they go, so they have the system down and know Trust Law extremely well. Why procrastinate when so many families/people already lag on getting their Living Trust completed.I realized that so much of the process was knowing what we wanted in detail and that took us some time, but it was great to know that OATH gives their clients 3 months to make any changes. There is also a no charge 3 year follow up or a yearly follow up and revision option for a reasonable fee. Usually once a Trust is completed you never look at it again, but Oath has made this process simple. Thank you Vashali and Alajah who were a great team in Walnut Creek, CA. As a high performing employee, I experienced an unexpected and very questionable termination from my employer and did not know where to turn. He quickly understood the relevant details of my case, what was feasible and worth my time vs not, and gave me very practical and sound advice throughout the entire process, oftentimes serving as counselor and therapist for my anxious personality.
