Deb Graceffa is a skilled attorney with expertise regarding the details of California realty law. But maybe even more impressive, is her ability to be compassionate, and yet direct in order to keep things on track. I sought Ms. Graceffa's help when I was involved with a dissolution of a duplex I co-owned and lived in with long-term friends. It was not a happy dissolution, and I was angry and bitter. Deb was clear with me about my rights and options, and I learned that I could trust that she had my back. At the same time, when I was going astray in a competitive and emotional way, she would sometimes gently, and at other times more directly, remind me to look forward to how much better my life was going to be after I moved out, and moved on. She was right, and I am very thankful for her skillful and wise counsel.
