My family retained Mr. Goodroe to represent us in a matter concerning a property management company and property owner. The management company (with whom we had the contract) consistently tried to punt the issue to the property owner, and the property owner was completely non-responsive. Chris's persistent pursuit of the case lead to the management company fully refunding our money, even though we would have been willing to settle for a lesser amount.
