So far, my experience has been vey positive, and encouraging regarding the legal services that I am engaging in with Nieves Law Firm, and I have received other helpful suggestions and comments from the Nieves Law Firm that are unrelated to my case, but are very much appreciated non the less. I fully expect a positive resolution to my case, and will hopefully have a lasting relationship with the Nieves Law Firm in the future regarding any further legal issues that may arise.

I contacted Nieves for a consultation. While they were not able to represent me, they were extremely professional and even followed up with me to see how my hearing went. Working with Jo-Anna Nieves and her team was a wonderfully empowering experience. I had been to a lot of attorney's offices before her's and I was worried my case was too difficult, expensive, and I was ready to give up. From the first intake call with Elaine I felt listened to and believed. Attorney D'Malta captured my feelings and experience vividly and wholeheartedly in drafting my complaints and responses. The firm even worked with me to figure out an extended payment plan when things we're becoming difficult for me financially. Nieves and her team not only stood up for me in court but encouraged me to stand up for myself.

I had gone through two other attorneys before I decided to hire the Nieves Law Firm and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They were compassionate and understanding of my needs and were able to help me resolve my matters at a fraction of the cost that I would’ve spent on other attorneys. My matters were extremely stressful and Chelsie was able to put me at ease on many occasions. When my case was finally over, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders.
