I didn't want to hassle with an insurance company after being broadsided by another motorist in 18th Street in Uptown, as I was more concerned with my recovery. While I worked on recovering, Monica and her team took care of getting the other motorist's insurance policy to pay my claim. She is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. She called me every time to keep me informed during the negotiation phase. I certainly hope I never have to go through this process again, but I can assure you if I do, I know who I'm calling.

My car accident happened 7 months ago. I've been tossed back and forth from attorney to attorney! All that aside, Burneikis Law took care of everything in a small amount of time. Insurance companies do not always do what they should and when they don't, Monica will see to it that you get taken care of. They did everything for me to have a great settlement. I was very nervous and hesitant on getting an attorney for my auto accident, but they walked me through every step. They answered any and all questions I had, and they were very thorough in explaining everything to me in detail. I knew what was going on every step of the way during my case. I have so many wonderful things to say about this company. As soon as we notified them about my parent's involvement in a horrifying accident near E 24th St, they immediately worked on it. In order to prove my parent's innocence, they went beyond what my brother and I expected of them. Monica handled the case with great understanding. They kept us informed of all decisions.
