Andy and Kristin are pure godsends. My brother and his friends experienced a tragic car accident where they were hit head on and that took the life of one of the boys. Mr. Gillin has been been very successful in representing clients over many many years. In the scheme of things, my case was relatively minor; however, Mr.Gillin accepted my case, clearly outlined the expected legal process and mapped out his strategy. Moreover, Mr. Gillin clearly explained what he needed me to provide in the way of background and facts relevant to my accident. Mr. Gillin was very calm, precise, and confident. He advised me to relax and simply send him any documentation, such as letters from the other party's insurance company, police reports, doctor's evaluation, etc. as I received them. Updates along the way were greatly appreciated. Once Mr. Gillin engaged with the other party's insurance company, I could tell his "negotiating style" was professional and respectful....all the while seeking a reasonable settlement on my behalf.
