He is not a good lawyer at all he took money and never did his job. He didn’t answer any of our calls he never responds back he does not visit his clients like he states. He does not care about his clients at all. He is the absolute worst. Do not hire him unless you wanna be scammed.

My wife and I would absolutely recommend Jennifer. She's helped us several times. First with a very complicated Social Security benefits case that involved hundreds of complicated documents and conflicting correspondence spanning years. She prepared my wife extremely well and the judge found in our favor due to her preparation. She also helped negotiate a car accident settlement and was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Hello I'm a former client of Mr. Byers.. and will definitely continue to be if personal things happen. id refer him to anyone else in need, and consult him for any legal advice or legal reasons in general.. and I'll tell you why.. I was on 2 bails for Felony dui then narcotics/ excessive amounts/ while on bail/ sales etc. I had hired William Dubois originally for those cases.. long story short Mr byers had partnered with william Dubois lawfirm at the time when Bill was getting too old to maintain his consistency.. so after paying bill just about all the money I owed robert was put in position to represent me. Which was great. And after doing some research n actually speaking with him when he had the time because of such a long client roster I can understand not everything needed to be explained. I was more then content that he'd get me the best outcome possible for my original 2 cases But Then I caught a felony DV from my bm going crazy on me after one of my last court dates before sentencing.. I was on 220k bail before the DV.. In desperation I fled the state devastated n heartbroken 💔 when the US marshals picked me up finally, I got back to alameda county.. at my arraignment my bail went up to to 800k + an extra 100k for each case for extradition leaving bail at 1.1 million.. at a point where i felt like giving up.. i went to court again the next day in superior court in oakland.. he seen me in the tanks waiting for court. He pulled me out for interview and he looked at me and said "what happened " I told him. he said " why didnt u call me did u think id just abandon u" i lauged n said "from previous experience just from getting to know the system over the years i wouldve understood if u did because u made the mistake of catching another case.. he took the 3rd case no extra charge n put it all together I did like 6 months n went home all in all I feel very thankful and appreciative he didn't just chalk me as a client after I caught the 3rd. Case while on 2 bails.. with no financial incentive at all since majority of the money i paid was to mr dubois.. which is almost unheard of 🙌🙌🙌🤝🤝🤝🏆🏆🏆 much love Mr. Byers. You the real MVP

He is the worst attorney you can ever hire my family hired him while i was in custody i was fighting a violent felony he is rude never would answer the phone or any questions my family had all he was worried about was getting paid took about 6 k from us and went to court once in court he was like a deer in the head lights when we went to court and speaks like he works for the D.A. absolute trash

I have the unfortunate diagnosis of bipolar disorder. I accrued several traffic tickets during a particularly difficult manic episode, and the officer involved wanted my license revoked. Ms.Solomon professionally handled the situation so that not only did I keep my driver's license, but was absolved of the tickets. Her professional, conscientious, generous and knowledgeable demeanor really saved me.
