Anuar was extremely helpful in giving us guidance to incorporate our EdTech company in the US considering that we are non-US citizens co-founders. Although I asked Anuar a pretty specific question about a contract, he gave background on the larger context that was relevant to my situation. Thus I learned of options / remedies I hadn't known much about. He also said that for the specific work I might need to hire an attorney for, I should find someone specializing in that area. Because of this I wasn't able to consider him for hire, but I appreciate his candor.

I spent two years looking for a competent attorney who could help me with a really sticky personal issue. Mr. Ramirez-Medina was not only very capable, he was also kind and compassionate.
