Kim is an excellent, seasoned lawyer who tells it like it is-- but in a nice way. She is a leader with her own practice-- this experience and expertise in the field makes Kim a big fish, and she would do well to take on larger clients engaging in new or existing business or real estate transactions. I can tell she is committed to honoring her humanitarian values when doing business: Scala is generous and cares about the people behind the deal and making sure that the agreement works out for everyone involved.
