I hired this attorney to represent my then 11 yr old daughter who was attacked at school and sustained severe injuries. He repeatedly asked for the same info losing documents, falling asleep during depos allowing the defendants to schedule 5 depositions allowing excessive over questionings and badgering of my minor child. He would make duplicate copies of info he didn’t need then couldn’t find important documents he did need that was provided to him several times. We discovered he was attempting to make a settlement without my approval then when I brought it to his attention he dropped her case and thank God another attorney got my child the Justice that this attorney failed miserably to do! We had a case involving a large company with what was described by a mediator as an insurance firm that was very difficult to deal with. When we finally entered mediation after a dragged out schedule set by the opposing team, we were able to observe our litigator in action. Ultimately, our settlement was significantly more than we had anticipated. Colby Kuvara then arranged for us to have a phone conference about the possibilities of future medical attachments to our settlement. Based on that conference, we determined that no set aside would be required. Our full settlement check was mailed to us certified mail the next day.
