Nina and I worked together for 6 years at Blackhawk Network. As a founder and SVP in charge of all products Nina was my lead attorney on the business. Nina is a very good communicator, good with difficult clients or partners, a good negotiator for the business and a great person. Nina is able to take direction on risk vs business reward, sensitive areas of the business negotiation and on going more general coaching. Nina does good solid work.

I have worked on multiple projects with Nina related mostly to corporate contracts and contract renewals. I consistently found her to be responsive and very instrumental in helping to close many of my deals. She does a great job with the client and I never hesitated to bring her into a conversation with my customer and their counsel.
