Sends different special appearance attorneys each time. They come from an online service for on call attorneys! They literally get paid $50.00 per appearance and do not work in his firm. I did not pay for this, and if I was told that this would have happened I would have hired another attorney. Why is this allowed by the Bar?

Worst lawyer. Please don’t throw your money away with this guy. He charged me $3,500 and he only appear to 2 courts. The rest he send other “lawyers”. I lost the case due to this so what called lawyer. Now I need to hired someone else to fight for what’s right. I hope this helps other people.

Eric is fantastic. I felt anxious and unsure about the whole process, I called him up, and we did a free consultation out in Oakland. Honestly, for something as intimidating as bankruptcy, Eric made the whole process feel way better.
