One of the partners of the firm, Justin L. had an amazing side of compassion & communicates easily with his clients & any victims of these unfortunate injuries. He has a busy schedule, many responsibilities, but he does make time to speak to his clients, and any affected parties to the various injuries that may arise at the workplace or other circumstances. I would recommend Boxer & Gerson Lawfirm to anybody in the Bay Area & surrounding areas that has had a catastrophic work injury, or other related types of events occur. These types of injuries may have caused a person to miss work, loss of sleep, an inability to perform daily functions, or that has resulted in leading to requiring serious medical attention for those injuries… Then this lawfirm should be able to assist you, and provide you with the confidence you need to move forward with your life. If you’re not sure, my best recommendation is to give them a call. The front-end staff are very easy to talk to, and will assist the best they can to make sure you can take the appropriate steps and in helping to resolve your injury matters. Long story short, injured on the job with torn bicept, recieved surgery which completely disfigured my arm with about 60% use of my bicept. Three years go by from injury to settle with maybe 3 times of contact from attorney, no discussions of any information of where my case is going or where it could go. I walk away with basically half an arm and nothing to show for it. Thanks for fighting me

Very helpful if you are having questions about Worker's comp. Answered my questions and actually really helped me out in the process. It can be slow, but Boxer and Guerson came through!

I don't Hate....the Service they are to provide,and they don't follow up well .also do not return your call,when they say they will...I'm very disappointed in this firm .I don't recommend them....
