I started out with root & rebound THREE (3) years ago WITHOUT ANY PROGRESS for a resolution that should have happened in 6mos or less!!! I have to call root & rebound for updates and [the lack of] progress…. I have had the displeasure of working with at minimal 5 attorneys who were supposedly assigned to my case and NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE INCLUDING AVA & DANIEL has returned any of my phone calls!!! But, someone is always “filing” on my behalf! It’s been 30+ years since I’ve been in “the system” I was a child!! Since that time I have completed many college courses (4.0 gpa) and I continue to miss out on many lucrative employment opportunities because of my past….. This place should surely lose its funding!!! Inept and unqualified personnel. I am totally disgusted!!! I’m no longer concerned with sharing my experience with root & rebound….. what are they going to do??? Not represent me?? Pun intended

They do expungement at no cost. I gave this information to a friend. I hope she uses it. A fresh star is always good and necessary.

Got referred by a friend. She had her record reduced and told me how simple and effective they were. I gave them a call and they directed me through the entire process from beginning to end. My record was much more extensive than hers and they said, "this is what we do"! I am so grateful for Root & Rebound... They didn't just talk and send me to someone else. They got busy from day 1. If you want to be freed from the stigma of having a record and not sure which way to turn in the situation. Give them a call! The beginning of the rest of your life.
