5 stars for Ryan and his staff. I could not be more pleased with my representation and outcome.

After dealing with a moron lawyer for nearly two years and getting the run around I decided to take my case elsewhere. I called around shopping for a new lawyer. A couple different places I called were not rude, but very dismissive and said my case was not valuable enough to take over because they had to split fees with my old lawyer. When I called the workers compensation attorney group they took my case right away and when I asked my lawyer why he would take my case and why the others would not he said to me that he is here to help people, that is what he does. I was pretty shocked to hear that come out of his mouth. Good people deserve to be recognized and that is why I am writing this review. If this man took my case nobody wanted, I can take 5 minutes out of my day to thank him in a review.

I was referred to the workers compensation attorney group by a friend who does employment law. She went to law school with one of the lawyers and I hired him on the spot. Since this was my first and hopefully last work injury I do not have much to compare it to. I can say this. Your lawyer is as much of a victim to the crooked system as you are. So expect things to move slow, painfully slow at times. Be patient and do not try this on your own, I can only imagine how awful this experience would have been without an aggressive lawyer.

Ryan was top notch to deal with. Best workers compensation in the bay area by far. If you are in need of a work injury lawyer, call him and he will take the stress over and deal with all of it.

I totally endorse Ryan and his skills to get a work comp case settled in a timely manner for the proper value. I came to him at the very end of my case. I handled everything right up to the end. The insurance company made me an offer, didn't seem fair at all so I called around looking for someone to represent me. I chose Ryan because he was confident he would be able to recover much more than the insurance company offered me and told me if he did not get me more money plus his fee, he would do my case for free. That is the kind of confidence I could not turn away. Sure enough, he got me about 3 times the amount the insurance company was offering. Great guy, very professional and aggressive.

My case was denied because I did not repot it in time. I tried to handle things on my own but once my case was denied I realized my only chance was calling a lawyer. I spoke with a lawyer immediately, in fact he answered the phone. I explained to him my situation, he explained to me that he could not guarantee that my case would be accepted by he would try his best. Thankfully my case was accepted and I got the medical help I needed for my injury. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for someone very aggressive and honest.

If I were to tell my whole story it would be 1,000 words or more lol. So I will keep it simple and sweet. I was stupid, trusted the insurance company, they strung me along for almost 3 years, when it came time to settle my claim they totally turned on me and offered me an insulting low amount of money. I call and spoke with Ryan and he brought me in set my expectations and delivered big time. I highly recommend him.

Their web site was set up nice and I actually called them. Ryan Davis answered. He gave me a free consultation. He was very profession, helpful and very informative. He answered all my questions. The only hesitation I had was location. Mr. Davis had assured me that the distance or location would NOT be a problem and I believed him. I'm still making my choice if I need to.

My experience with this organization was 5 stars no doubt. I actually dealt with my lawyer more than his assistant and felt very confident and comfortable the entire process. I am glad I took the time to speak with a handful of lawyers before I made my decision. I checked Yelp and Google reviews and believe I made the best decision for me.

I called Ryan because I was dealing with a lawyer who did not seem to be listening to me and quite frankly I totally lost confidence in. Reading his Yelp and Google reviews is why I called and he did not disappoint. I spoke to him directly the first time I called and spoke to him every call from that day on. With my previous lawyer I went with a big firm and met my lawyer once. I highly recommend Ryan and his personal service and touch in dealing with your case. He is a gem.
