Inconsistent responsiveness and communication with clients
“She never returns calls. Staff is not very responsive and some what uninterested. I call several times for information on my pending case and I always hear the same thing. 'we will look into it and give you a call before the day is over' I never get a call back.”

“I went to her office a few times and she was not there, even for appointments. Her mother is her staff, that's all. Not very good.”
