I can’t begin to say how amazed I am at how helpful Lamano Law office was in helping settle my DUI case. I had been so embarrassed and called the office with little to no hope. I spoke with Givelle and was saved the long winded explanation I was going to give her, my nerves were calmed immediately. Givelle had the information on my case immediately and discussed clearly some options that I had, best case and worst case scenario. The price was a bit high, but well worth it!! There was also an option for a payment plan which I thought was really awesome! My case was settled quickly, I was amazed by how everything turned out! Manjula and I spoke during the process and I felt informed about everything that was taking place. I felt taken care of, like this firm was going to do everything in their power to help me. Recently I had the pleasure of benefiting from the law firm LAMANO, specifically Givelle Lamano. What impressed me the most with Givelle, was her passion for listening, to provide the support I needed, to hear “my side” of the story, to be an active participant in my fears, she was supportive first and foremost. Make no mistake, she was honest and sincere with me. She spoke the truth and spelled out the pros and cons of my scenario, the good, the bad, and the ugly. She took the time to explain the lowest concern and the highest concern, for my peace of mind. She allowed me to feel like I had a champion on my side, during a period when I have felt alone and isolated. She was always thorough and professional in her disclosures. I truly felt at peace for the first time in 2 and half weeks. Her knowledge and experience were more than reassuring for me, it was exactly what I needed at that time and moment. The journey is not over, the risk is still present, I cannot predict the future except for the most important fact which is that I now feel like I have someone on my side for the first time in over a year. I even feared for how I would find someone to take care of my pets, should I be arrested, and she responded once again in a positive and supportive manner by assuring me that I would receive all the help I needed. The compassion and empathy she shared with me, for my life, my fears, respect for my pets, who are my family, well brought tears to my eyes frankly. The fee was well worth her time and I never felt like I would be asked to pay for something which was unnecessary, in fact the opposite occurred. I would have gladly paid more money to achieve more peace of mind, yet Givelle spoke honestly and from the heart, as she suggested that there was no need to spend additional money now. How often do you hear that in today’s world? Not very often. Thank you so much Givelle.
