An unfortunate and regrettable experience. My case was passed to several associates with each knowing less about my case than the last. Critical information was lost in each transition. The firm's partner assured me it would not be a problem and most cases are handled in this fashion. In reality, it was a disaster. The firm failed to provide copies of crucial correspondence from the carrier which I only saw after requesting a copy of my case file after it had been closed. Not knowing the details greatly affected my decision making process and resulted a less than stellar result. There are many personal injury firms out there that can do a better job at giving your case the attention that it needs.

Intelligent, proactive, informed and great staff, too. Knows what to do and when to do it. Can't ask for anything else.
