We did our family trust with Eric Davidson. As you can imagine, we were nervous doing it during the pandemic. He was very responsive and understanding. He did several joint calls with us and spent hours explaining the process and determining our needs. He was personable and patient. He was also flexible about doing the trust signing at our home (outside). His office staff are very friendly and it was easy to pick up our completed trust at the office. We recommend Davidson Law for anyone with estate Planning needs.

Eric completed a Will and Trust for my wife and me during the Shelter-In-Place. He met with us over Zoom and was very thorough in his explanations of the process and what we need to have in place. He also did a great job listening to specific concerns and desires and incorporating those in our documents. He even came over to our house so we could sign the documents outside. He was thorough, quick, and responsive to us and our needs. I have already recommended Eric to family and friends.

My husband and I have always been the type of couple that has always wanted things to go right for us, keeping everything in order, including our finances, and we have always done pretty well up until a few years ago. It was so devastating learning how negative our credit would be after all of our financial woes, especially after having kept it clean for so many years. We were referred to Davidson Estate Law 11 years ago by my mother in law. My wife first met Steven at her parents’ home. Because they were both elderly and her father was quite ill, we all appreciated the fact that he visited their home to take care of their estate planning. At the time we had two very young children and we wanted to have an organized estate plan. Steven did an excellent job preparing our first Revocable Living Trust in 2009. In December 2019 we revised our Trust. Steven is professional and patient. He was timely with responses to our many questions and his explanations were clear. Recently, he converted the Title Deed of our house into the name of our Trust. Finally, he presented an updated final document for us: a binder in which all information is easily accessible. We have recommended and will continue to recommend Davidson Estate Law to friends and family.

I hired Spencer for a consultation regarding my LLC's potential exposure and risks under AB-5. Spencer asked me ahead of our call to provide, in writing, my specific questions, and one by one, he went through them with me explaining what my risks are and under what circumstances they could be triggered. He used many examples to show how the law might apply in different scenarios and related them specifically to my business methods as well. He even offered some suggestions about how to legally mitigate my exposure. It was an hour and money well spent.

Super responsive and knowledgeable - Spencer not only responded to my inquiry over the weekend but called me immediately on Monday and took time to explain my legal options even though the case wasn't a good fit for his firm.
