Easy to find, good parking, smart guy, I expect good things from this guy. It is now June 2019. Social Security approved my claim. And back pay. Things were filed and completed in a timely manor. I am a satisfied customer, although I hate being disabled.

I was looking for an SSI attorney to help a client of mine. I called David's office after searching google. His office was incredibly helpful and pointed my client in the right direction. Recommend this office to anyone needing SSI help, they are at the top of their game.

Completely dropped the ball with my application- lost papers, didn’t submit paperwork in its entirety etc, which forced me to have to refile EVERYTHING on short notice. Then they didn’t submit my appeal for a hearing - didn’t notify me of ANYTHING - causing the window to close and my case to be denied. now I have to reapply completely and I’ve lost the ability to get back pay. I will not be using this law firm ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Absolutely unprofessional.

Years ago when i was going through some medicals issues my Aunty came to live with me in Oceanside. She was going through a battle that was really taking a toll over her. She had heart problems and much more...SSI denied her many times. So i decided to go with an attorney. We were bless to find Mr Shore. Real kindhearted and always assured my Aunt that she was going to be fine. We went through alot of trials. Waiting for a court date, doctors appointments and also being homeless. I made sure although we were homeless i took good care of her. But after 1 year Mr Shore got a court date and we were in and out of court within 10mins. She won her case and like Mr Shore said they don't even understand why she wasn't approved from the first time she applied. Well, after all yhe depression she endured and medical issues Aunty pass 2years later in Hawaii. It was the hardest time for me but the memories we went through and what she needed to accomplish with disability made it all worth while. She now doesn't have to suffer. Now, i am seeking help for my condition that got even worse years later. I couldn't work anymore so i knew what i had to do. Mr Shore was the first person i went to see when i got denied the 2nd time. I wouldn't trust nobody else. I know Mr Shore is busy and all but when he can he will take the time to speak to his clients. So i wait patiently and trust that he will seek the help i need for my journey while i fight this condition. I would refer everyone to him. That's exactly what i did.
