Will ask for money up front and then dodge you, not worth hiring, after paid he disappeared and wants more money, he seems too have an addiction and always sounds tired or out of reality.

There are good lawyers and some that are not so good. and there are some that are just plain bad. Well he is just plain bad. don't waste your money. He is a sweet talker but thats about it.
