Got into a bicycle vs car mishap resulting in a few nights in the ICU thus hospital bills mounted in the low 6 figures. Shopping around for legal counsel led me to attorney and fellow cyclist Richard Duquette who was highly recommended in the local cycling community.  Duquette's cohesive team worked hard on my behalf and his generational experience helped navigate and apply aggressive negotiations with the respective parties.  His firm was able to get me the maximum recovery so I could recover without the added stress of paying hospital bills over the next decade.  Very personable team, would highly recommend.

I called the law offices this afternoon and left a message requesting advice about a family member’s DUI from 20 years ago. Not only did Richard call me back himself within 15 minutes, but he gave me free legal advice with a path forward since the event happened out of state. He practices in CA not NYS. He was extremely knowledgeable, assessed the situation quickly, and gave sound advice. He suggested I complete a google search with specific criteria, which confirmed his advice was on point, and now we are on our way to a resolution! Thanks again.
