I would not recommend hiring any of the attorneys at Howington & Associates. My case was passed around between Joseph, Ariel, and Sana. Important filing deadlines were missed and nothing ever got accomplished. It's hard to say if they are money hungry or just unorganized. Either way it was a very expensive mistake hiring Joseph Howington. I had to hire a new lawyer at the last minute.

I would suggest another Attorney other than Ariel. Very Rude and unprofessional and can not return a call in a timely manor.

I am posting this for a friend of mine, who consulted the services of Howington and Associates, we both were absolutely appalled at the unprofesionalism with which the staff handled her case. They constantly lost documents and as a result the client (my friend) had to, multiple times mind you, resubmit paperwork. Mr. Howington would say he was going to do something and then change HIS mind (without consulting his client). My friend had more issues with this lawyer & firm than with the opposing counsel and her husband... Howington & Associates, APLC brings the term "bloodsucking lawyers" to life.
