The entire staff was exactly what I had hoped for. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm in the process of filing Chapter 7. It is a very scary and stressful thing to do as a senior or for anyone going through it. Greg Shanfeld has walked me through the steps and helped me understand the process and what to expect. He is so knowledgeable and easy to talk to; never condescending and always a good listener.
