I was recently in an accident I reached out to Jacoby and Meyers for legal representation. My Case manager Vanessa Reyes has very helpful in every step of the way. I was able to get my car paid for and received treatment for myself and my daughters injuries. Thank you Vanessa Reyes for all your help !!! Very professional and a hard worker !!

I had to come on here and update my review because I have been completely shocked and disappointed from the lack of communication that I have received after being told my case was closing. I raved about the communication I was receiving and how helpful and attentive everyone had been but then now I've been ghosted. I have been leaving messages, emailing, trying to get ahold of someone for weeks with an update and have not heard back. I am frustrated and truthfully feeling scammed.

I requested to get switched because my old case manager, I felt like she was ignoring my calls and just not returning my phone calls. I got switched to Vanessa and she was a big difference. She understood we just want to be kept in the loop of everything and we appreciate that.

This is my first time using Jacoby and Meyers, as I was referred by a family member . I can say that I am definitely pleased with their professionalism and attentiveness. Our case manager (Vanessa Reyes) , has been the best representative my husband and I could have asked for. She is so very kind, and has great communication skills. She has made sure to update us on every step of the way, as well as checking in on our physical and mental health. I am appreciative of all of her hard work, and would love to work with her again in the future if needed.
