Called jacoby & Meyers and was instantly greeted with great customer support, needed help with a car accident I was involved in when it was a bit difficult getting hold of the other driver's insurance. I was paired with Vanessa Reyes my Case Manager and she got to the bottom of it and was very informative, helpful and consistent in keeping me in the loop with the case. One of the best. Will definitely recommend.

My case manager is Extremely Excellent , I love her she is perfect in every way!!!! I am so happy to have her in my life ❤️Anyone who gets her for a case manager would think they have won a lottery !!!! And I Marin that. She is so pleasant to speak to anytime, what a wonderful person to know!!!!! In this world today!!!! I absolutely love her God made this happen, I truly thank GOD for her. My experience with Diane (Jacob&Meyers) has been very professional. Diane has been very supportive in my care during and after surgery. She has provided excellent doctor's care. She's ontop of all doctor's appointments with reminders, and she periodically calls or have other team members to check in to let me know that their working on my case. It's been a pleasure working with Diane and the law team.
