On July 9, 2021 I was sitting at a red light when a car struck me from behind. The man that hit me put his car in reverse and quickly took off, luckily I was able to get a picture of his license plate to pass over to the cops. A few days after the accident his insurance agency contacted me and at first they were very nice to me and very apologetic for what their customer had done. After nearly a month of dealing with my car, severe headaches and ongoing doctor appointments the stress was getting overwhelming and the insurance agent was getting pushy and rude. They sent me an offensive offer for my medical bills, pain and suffering. When I declined the offer they started getting aggressive, this is when I decided to contact an attorney. Within an hour of leaving a message someone from Jacoby & Meyers contacted me. Since that day I've been working with Vanessa, she's professional, knowledgeable, responsive, kind and friendly. She handles everything on my behalf so I don't have to worry about a thing. I cant thank thank her enough for helping me through this awful situation. My car accident was July 2019... Still waiting to hear from them. We call & call but they claim they've emailed my husband. My husband called them a month ago. They said they would call him back. It's March now & we're still waiting. They are not good at giving you answers or even a call back..
