My wife got rear ended on the freeway and we hire this individual to represent her and the case is going into years now and we got a letter in the mail from the other insurance company that they had settle. My wife has been calling the office of jacoby and Myers and left messages for the person handling her case or the attorney but no one has bother to call back. As of today she has never spoken to the attorney at all we are thinking of retaining another firm to deal with this firm so can get closure. I would not recommend this attorney at all gave one star and that is to much to for them .PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

Do not hired this firm of lawyers for your case!!!!! First of all you will never speak to a lawyer you will only speak to the secretaries dealing with your case, once the case is settled and they received the check you will hear crickets from them!! When you call to follow up on your case they will always tell you they’re busy or they’re on a meeting. They receive my settlement check seven months ago and I still haven’t hear from them or haven’t seen any money yet

Wadhwani & Shanfeld is an excellent firm. They are first rate at helping the clients. My case was very complicated but Greg and his team handled things extremely well beyond my expectations. I don't think there could be a better firm to help someone. Greg and his team went above and beyond to help me.

I would recommend to any one that is in a bind from a auto accident

They are misleading and I wouldn't recommend or use them again. They take 40% gross, so they take their cut and then deduct your medical expenses. In the end they receive more than you and your the hurt one.

David was always very attentive to my case. Very honest about expectations and upfront with all possible outcomes.
