The first time we met Mr Ward I found him to be very approachable and calm. I am sure we are all aware that being in a position where you find yourself or loved one needing a lawyer can be a very stressful, emotional and confusing time, but Mr Ward was able to respond to every question we presented to him. He sought after clarity of particular time frames and procedures from his colleagues in relation to this case as to provide us with accurate, clear and up-to-date information. Mr Ward’s approach to us and the service he provided to us was OUTSTANDING. He was consistent in his communications with us and supported us throughout. His calm approach was very helpful to us as it helped us to be calm and gave us confidence that we were truly in good hands.
