I was injured at work and after 120 days of dealing with the workers comp people trying to get surgery no luck a friend of mine recommended Mr Perez I called him he said he would take the case within 30 days I saw a doctor and had surgery scheduled it was amazing a good doctor too after that 24 weeks physical therapy just after physical therapy things really started to get better I got a call from Janie Thompson who Mr.Perez assigned to my case she took all my information down she gave me her information including cell phone number I could reach her anytime she got me back pay for mileage too and from every doctor visit I went to anything that had to do with my injury I got paid for I had a question she would take the call no matter when One time she was at school picking up her grandchildren and she answered the phone now that's what I call service, if I needed a form I would call her I'd have it within a hour she would email me forms explaining to me ask me to sign them and send them back to her numerous times so I never had to go to the office she is so knowledgeable on the process she knows a lot of people that make things happen, so just a few months ago Janie call me and said the workers comp company may be an offer to settle the case I wasn't thrilled about it, and then November I remember it was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 4:00 p.m. she said she got me a better offer where they doubled it I was thrilled I said let's take it, I've never hired an attorney before but I've heard some horror stories so I suggest if you choose this firm make sure you ask for ask for Janie Thompson you won't be disappointed, Thank you Mr Perez
