Great communication

Montgomery Steele is a great law firm. I contacted them reguarding an accident was in. Having a father as an attorney I thought I could get it all done on my own. I had done most of the foot work, However, as soon as an adjuster was willing to agree they would switch me adjusters and we were back to square one. Once we got all the paperwork signed with Montgomery Steele we were finally taken seriously. They informed me about laws I didn't know about and we were able to get double the settlement we would have otherwise. It would have been easy to go for the Juggler and sue everyone involved. However, I appreciate Mr. Montgomery being honest as to what was doable and what would just leave us holding the bag at the end. I appreciate their cander and honesty through the whole processes. It really did help me feel confident in them as well as feel they had my kids well-being at heart. Mr. Montgomery fought hard for our family and yes we had to make a few phone calls to our medical insurance to help figure out the system. However, in the end it was ALL worth it. I would use them again in future accidents and will refer people to them for sure. It did take almost two years to FINALLY get everything done as insurance companies all DRAG THEIR FEET However, Jessica our case manager kept us up to date the whole time. We got updates and as a team they worked really hard to get us a positive outcome.
