I called to try to hire [a/this] lawyer to take over my case. The person I talked to was very helpful, patient. Filled me in and all the details that I've been having a hard time getting. I can say this from experience if you got hurt on the job you're definitely going to need a lawyer. I was hurt before and didn't hire lawyer until in the middle of the process and found out I could have made it a lot easier if I would have hired a lawyer in the beginning technically the insurance company doesn't work for you they injured worker nor does the clinic that they send you to or the doctor the clinic sends you to have to remember all these people work for the company. When you hire an attorney now you're represented by someone who's on your side they can change the course of your process by sending you to a doctor that they prefer not the company. My percentage of injury was very high when they sent me to their doctor or to the qme right away they lower the percentage from 14% to 0%. Then I hired an attorney so don't do this on your own.

I would've loved it if Napolin took my case, but unfortunately my case is for a another type of attorney. Napolin is extremely honest and will let you know if he can or can’t take your case. If he can’t take, he will be honest and tell you why he can’t, not like other attorneys that will simply not call you back or just tell you they can’t because they dont handle those cases. Napolin is different than most attorneys m, he’s a rare find because he’s gonna beat you around the bush and just take your money. He’s very understanding and comprehensive in one’s situation and puts himself in your shoes as if it was his own. When I spoke with him, he gave me reasons why he couldn’t take my case, something almost all other attorneys didn’t tell me, which gave me an idea on how to approach my situation and how to look for the help. If he cant help you, he’ll hear you out and he’ll advise you where you need to go from there. Napolin was a great help. If it weren’t for him, I’d still be calling and calling other attorneys that just lead you on and at the end tell you they can't help you, without giving an explanation or pointing you the right direction.
