My name is Richard Latka and won a court order judgement from Mr Boice and now he will not Pay a court order. I sued Mr Boice for MAL PRACTICE AND WON. Im now turning Mr. boice into the Ca. Bar association to see if they will bar his license until he make arrangements to pay his court order judgement. Mr Boice now OWES ME INTEREST ON THE MONEY WHICH COMES TO APPROX. $385,000 DOLLARS. Mr Boice hides all his assets under a corporation. My Lien attorney name is Howard Goodman to verify all facts of the case.

I contacted and hired this attorney. A girlfriend of mine was using his services. He handled my 1st 2 cases sufficiently, granted it was a no brainer. I should never have trusted him with my child custody case. He was unprepared. He didn't know anything about my case. He was dishonest and charged me for things that he never even did. He took advantage of me and wasted my time. He was more concerned about being inappropriate with me than handling my case. I am now paying the consequences for putting my trust in such an incapable person.

I hired Bruce Boice to assist me with filing a bankruptcy which would also include my student loans(according to Mr. Boice). Mr. Boice informed me my student loans could fall under the bankruptcy, but it would be a two part process. When we went to court for the first part of the BK he was not prepared (I witnessed this myself) however the judge/overseer granted what was needed. When I attempted to contact Mr. Boice regarding the second part of the process which dealt with my student loan dismissal(supposedly) Mr. Boice could not be located. I attempted to contact him by telephone at least 5 times and he would never return my phone calls. Then out of desperation I had an attorney send Mr. Boice a letter on my behalf regarding my student loans. Mr. Boice NEVER responded to the attorney by letter or a phone call. While waiting to hear from Mr. Boice, my student loan situation became horrific. I notice when reviews speak the truth about Mr. Boice and his lack of character, responsibility, ethical fiber, his response is.. "This never happened" and "This should be taken down". Please take this review seriously, because it absolutely did happen and I'm still being impacted by Mr. Boice's lack of action and response today.

Completed my BK 7 but I lost 2 cars under his watch. I was patient, courteous and respectable to him because he has a demanding career...but he didn't even know what a 722 redemption was as I had to walk him through it.

Bruce goes above and beyond to help each and every one of his clients. He's smart, personable, trustworthy and just a great guy! We really feel fortunate to have found him. I would and will recommend him to everyone :D
