Mr. Richards took my case/claim when others wouldn’t and ended up resolving my claim for five times the initial estimated amount.

The law offices of Joseph Richards helped me with my case and settled within 7 months and got me more than I expected. They were so professional and communicated with me any updates they also promptly responded to my emails thanks to Arnold which made me feel so much confidence in them. A disturbingly unprofessional law group. If you want to add stress to your case hire Joseph Richards. I could not imagine a more stressful process. Terrible communication. He did not negotiate anything prior to my trial and left out major evidence in my case. I wasted 3.5 years for absolutely no settlement. He does not want to listen to you and only cares about making the case easier for him. He barred me from attending hearings, he actually sent me home when I attended the first one. I was kept out of the loop the whole time. I had to learn my case closed via email. Not even a follow up phone call from him after trial, mind you not one update during the trial. He made all decisions without me. ***If you are a young female stay far away from this firm.

My experience with the Law Office of Joseph Richards was very positive. Joseph handled my case with exceptional expertise and in a caring manner. I had many questions about the process, and Joseph was patient enough to answer my questions. He fought for my rights as an injured worker and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of law. He and his staff were always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Staff is outstanding and proficient with the paperwork involved in the system, as well as friendly and responsive to my emails, calls, attentive to my health concerns. I received copies of my paperwork always in a timely manner, and he and his staff made the process effortless by utilizing electronic means to finalize my case during the pandemic easing my load.
