Fred fascenelli has represented me on several cases and has always done an amazing job. One case in particular I was looking at 26yrs @ 85 % ( which at 45 yrs old is a life sentence) and due to his knowledge of the penal codes ( and law) he was able to get me 5 yrs with half time after 21 months of fighting an unbeatable case ( in my eyes). My expierence with hiring Fred to represent me in my 1st and only adult felony case was wonderful. Straight hustler right here man. Words can’t describe how much he impacted my life. I had a pending case for 9 months. The previous lawyer I had suggested me to this man especially since I was going to trial. Said “You pay the man and you will win the case”. Sure enough he won the Case and my charges got Dropped. If you just got convicted call or text him ASAP because he will communicate with you through the whole process. Especially if your case is going to trail !!!! Call him ASAP !!! Literally picked up my case in one day prepared like I was his only client and killed it after 4 days and won !!! Remember I had a case for 9months and it only took 4 days too shut the DA down !!!! This man will fight tooth and nail for your freedom. He smiles and plays with the DA, he may even buy him lunch. During my trial he was all attack dog. Limiting the Da evidence against me, in a manner that was simply nothing short then tactical genius, I am not saying every case has the ability, I guarantee If it is possible Fred will find it.. he exploits every loop hole land weakness and uses the law to Your advantage. Be powerful in that court, let Fred be your weapon of mad destruction.

Fred is fantastic! This man managed to reduce four felony counts (all strikeable) and a sentence time of 22 years+ to a misdemeanor and a 1 year joint suspension for me in 2015! During which, he spoke with me regularly while I was incarcerated and never avoided any calls, texts, emails, or office visits in which I contacted him after I posted bail. Since then, Fred has assisted me in several recent "occurrences" and has provided me with the knowledge, as well as the expectancies, of potentially self incriminating incidences involving police contact and detective issues. He's helped keep me free and safe at every corner. Fascenelli is the best out there and does what other lawyers can't do. He's worth it.
