Kurt Elkins is the most COMMUNICATIVE and RESPONSIVE attorney that I have ever dealt with. He is extremely professional and truly understands his field. Kurt helped my elderly parents through a very time sensitive real estate matter and I never had to “chase him down” via phone. If he was busy helping his other clients he would respond PROMPTLY to our needs! He was able to facilitate recovery of thousands of dollars that were due them in a real estate legal matter.
