We called seeking for additional insight for some matters and Kurt was beyond helpful - not only lending us 20 minutes of his time, but going so far as to decline our offer of paying him for the consultation– and ultimately helping us tremendously in making decisions that we needed advice on for important legal matters.

This attorney has helped me in so many ways from understanding the law from a landlord point of view and a tenant’s point of view. Kurt always answered the phone and was very kind and sweet and made sure you understood your options and what is legal and what is illegal. Kurt Elkins was great. I needed the advice of a California attorney while living in Tennessee. He was very personable and gave me lots of helpful information via telephone. We ended the call with him suggesting the way to handle my situation the easiest way possible which would not involve an attorney but was clear that he was available if I needed to contact him again or ended up in court. On top of that, he gave me this helpful information free of charge. Obviously not a money hungry attorney which is pretty rare.
