Mr. Elkins was one of the most incredible lawyers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My aunt doesn't speak English, and she had a lawyer who took advantage of her by throwing big words at her to get her to keep paying him. Mr. Elkins took the time to sit with us and go over different courses of action, and let me tell you - this man has more patience than a monk. He sat through me having to translate everything multiple times to my aunt, mom, and my aunt's boyfriend, and kindly explained everything to us in layman's terms to help my aunt and mom understand. In addition, he dealt with their ridiculous level of indecisiveness, and still continued to patiently talk them through their decision. We far exceeded the time for a free consultation, and he even waived the fee for the consultation. There are so many lawyers who take advantage of people for monetary gain, but Mr. Elkins truly prioritized advising us on the best course of action - without any regard for whether or not he could make profit. He was the absolute epitome of kindness, professionalism, and competence, and we couldn't be more thankful. Seriously - my whole family has been gushing about him nonstop since we left his office, they're seriously so pleased!!! He's incredible, and you won't regret working with him!
