Kurt Elkins is one of the Good Guys. After our initial conversation over the phone, I felt he was someone I could trust. Then during our in-office consultation, it got even better. Kurt explained all the ins and outs of my case and patiently outlined the best course of action for my very complex situation, even pointing out ways I could economize on legal fees instead of trying to capitalize on my circumstances. As the need for further legal advice arises, I will definitely contact Kurt for guidance.

I am not sure what to think of this attorney he has great reviews and I really did want to write a better review for him but unfortunately I did not get that great impression I was hoping for. This may also be a waste of time for you unless you are just looking for someone to write you up a living trust. He is a very nice a down to earth person but unfortunately he was unable to help me, over the phone he gave me the impression he could help even after I stated my situation however once I was in his office he said he did not work with litigation cases so why didn't he tell me this over the phone since I did tell him over the phone what the situation was??? Further he said he would refer me to an attorney that would be able to help me and I never heard from Kurt as a follow up and did not hear from the attorney he said he would refer me to. The office is located in Orange there is plenty of parking in the back however the location is not the greatest. My advice is don't waste your time fuel or energy if you have a litigation case on a free consultation. Kurt was amazing! Called him with no notice, and he walked me thru steps on how to proceed when it comes HOA issues and working issues that arise. 5 stars. Kurt I the man!!!!!!
