Kurt is fantastic! We needed guidance on a tenant/landlord situation and most attorneys we consulted were either unqualified to assist or disinterested. Kurt took our calls after hours, returned messages promptly and offered candid and qualified guidance. He’s also just a pleasant person and clearly wants to help his clients. I’d feel comfortable seeking his guidance on any legal matters because i know he’s a straight shooter and fair.

Honestly, as a person who never went to a lawyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was uncomfortable before coming in. But Kurt immediately made me feel comfortable. He seemed busy with people constantly seeking his help but took the time to try to answer my complicated questions.

Yesterday was my lucky day! It started with a promptly returned phone call from real estate attorney Kurt D. Elkins. I live out of state and will soon be moving to California, having inherited a home there. I needed an attorney familiar with buying out a joint owner. Someone who knew the legal paperwork and actions. Mr. Elkins', he said to call him "Kurt", treated me with kind respect. He listened to my situation, then replied with honesty, impressive knowledge, and kindness. He also has a fun sense of humor. Called because I thought I had a case worth pursuing but after speaking with Kurt he gave me some info that changed my mind. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also gave me some other options that might be worth looking into. He also responded to my email and was very accessible the few times that I reached out to him. If I did have a case I would definitely feel comfortable knowing Kurt was my lawyer.

Had a few questions for Kurt, and he helped me out even though I wasn’t using any services. I like that he specializes in some different aspects of law so that I can keep him in mind for any future needs. Great customer service!
