I called Mr.Elkins Office a few weeks ago with a complicated issue. I had Loaned some money onto a friends property, which was secured by a deed of trust. I didn’t understand why the Deed of Trust was not Properly recorded, and Mr. Elkins read every page of the chain of title and helped me understand what was going on. he got to the bottom of how to fix my problem. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I found him to be sharp, smart and fair. Highly recommend.
