They are personable and passionate, and fight for you when others say there is no more that can be done. My claim was closed in around 4 months which is really fast in the workers comp world. I was very scared to navigate the process of filing a claim after getting injured, and at times wanted to just give up, but I’m glad Montoya Law was able to not only get me access to some doctors and physical therapists, but also a very fair & generous settlement offer.
