I don’t usually do reviews, but the prompt service that was provided left me wanting to reward the Corrales Law Group. The process for my partners immigration case was seamless and stress free. They really know how to care for their customers, Janice and Miriam are such a great team a true asset to the firm. Well Sorry not Sorry for posting this review, but i had no choice, i don’t recommend this law group, i had this case with my mom, janice brother was our lawyer at first but then without letting us know he gave our case to his sister janice, then she did a lil to almost nothing to help with our papers, they send us a letter saying they need more evidence and the papers we send it wasn’t what they ask for, she didn’t even check nothing and send everything, so when this letter got to her, she started asking for more papers, i went to her office with many papers and she always send me back home to get more, she never took the time to check them the way she was supposed to, then her mom (her assistant) told me i had the fault because i took long to give her the papers she was asking, and if they reject my application it was my fault, i told her and my husband how can they told me that, when we are paying for her service, for their help, it was her job to explain and check the papers that we really need, it was all bad, i could barely said something because they were saying all this things to me, her brother got out and said that she was my lawyer and i can’t talk to her that way, i told him, they don’t even let me talk, i only need her advise, her help, then she told me she was goin to help me and started to asking me for papers that i already have to her twice, papers that she gave me back… Thanks to God at the end i got my aplication accepted, but then same thing happened with my mom aplication, same letter, and everything else, my mom went to Mexico with a wrong permit, that her mom, the assistant gave to her, my mom trust her, and when she tried to return cross the border, inmigration had her waiting and they told her that paper that she shows to him it wasn’t a permit at all, thanks to God they gave her a pass and she came back… we were so mad, but God always have our backs, we paid for her service she barely help us, like i said i don’t recommend this law group personally, they are rude when we try to talk to her… if you can look for someone with more experience and willing to help you, because they really want to help, not because its their job, or for the money”, hopefully you can find the right lawyer for you, always ask God for help, if you feel they are tha one for you, go ahead, nobody is stopping you, im just giving my personal experience….
