She represented us for a bankruptcy and it still running as we expected.

Dear Ursula, I want to thank you for your amazing help in our Chapter 13 case. We are so happy that you were able to strip our second mortgage and fought the fight because our 2nd mortgage was so close to be secured, yet you were still able to get it eliminated. We now have a fresh start and a new opportunity to save our house that we were so close to losing in a trustee sale. Ursula was very helpful and prompt with my case. Doing the BK was thought through very carefully, but now I'm glad that I did it No regrets, she was able to save my wages from garnishment and the lawyer that represented me on her behalf in court was very nice and understanding as well. I work with many lawyers at my job, not nearly as nice and helpful as Ursula though. I highly recommend her offices.

When I filed for banruptcy they were quick to take my money, if they are in business so many years as they said they were they would of informed me regarding the taxes submitted to them, they are to review every documentation before sending it to the court and this case they did not. I would not recomment them to no one. Better to do your research with any lawyer this was my mistake.

I would like to warn anyone to NOT use this law office. I have had nothing but bad experiences with the office in Montebello, I paid all my fees (over 8 months ago)to file for chapter 7 bankruptcy and over 8 months later I am still waiting for my case to go through. Everytime I call, I get the round around, that it was already filed, which it wasn't. It has been a horrible experience for me. Please beware.
