Andy is thorough, clear, and is able to explain and guide you through various options of how to set up your business. We have been working with him for several years and he hasn't let us down in any of the ventures that we launched and we continue to come to him for consulting and legal work till this day. I highly recommend Andy and his team to give you legal counseling.

Last Friday ( 1/22/2016) I contacted Andrew Gale to get some information about a Company I am about to purchase. Within two minutes into the conversation I knew I contacted the right Attorney for me. Andy went out of his way to help me and my situation. Very polite. Very intelligent. And listened to what my needs are. He was right to the point on what I need to do and very honest. I have a Financial Services office and needed to Incorporate. I had contacted a couple of other attorneys and they were of no help as all of this incorporating was new to me. I found Andy Gale and his law firm on Yelp and noticed they had great reviews. I called the office and right away the receptionist scheduled a phone conference with Andy. She was very polite and professional. When Andy called me he asked how he can help me so I went on to explain what it was I was looking to do. He listened to all of my needs and immediately began to give me his professional advise without a charge. I thought to myself wow he's giving me free advise so I immediately was impressed. Andy Gale not only listens, and gives you the right advise He is very knowledgeable. I immediately hired him to incorporate my business but will definitely continue to use him as my attorney. If you are looking for an attorney who makes you feel like he is part of your team and works hard for you all the time then I highly recommend Andy Gale and his wonderful staff for all your Business, Legal and Estate planning needs. I went in to meet Mr. Gale to get information about liability waivers for a business I am in the midst of starting. After listening to the details of how I'd be operating my business he directed me to the find out about other licenses and permits that may need to be addressed before we should move forward. He definitely made me feel like he was thoroughly listening to me and was interested of what was the best, most efficient, and cost effective route for my business. He even took time to answer a few question I had about my current cleaning business I had and directed me to people that would be able to help me. I would highly recommend Andy Gale for his legal service.

I was so hesitant on meeting with a lawyer. Like, way hesitant. However, after meeting with Andy I just knew I would be back again. The first time I set up an appointment to meet with Andy Gale it was to set up a will & trust. Him and his assistant, Chelsea made this process extremely easy. As I was filling out the paperwork I explained to Chelsea that I felt overwhelmed by it all and wasn't sure what some things meant, she then took time to explain to me everything and went even further into detail. Both Andy and Chelsea made me feel very taken care of. I was even able to put my dogs in the will to make sure they were taken care of! And for all you dog lovers, I'm sure you know how important that is. They're my other children. Andy was so nice, efficient, answered ALL of many questions and was extremely patient with me. Honestly, it's such a blessing to know them both and be able to have a lawyer I can trust! The second visit was today regarding my photography business. I had an issue regarding my contract and a client. Andy took the time out of his day to meet with me the day of me calling, he also asked me questions, listened to my concerns, helped me to find a win-win for both my client and me, while protecting my business. Andy Gale gave me such lawyer worthy advice. Honestly, his one piece of advice was worth the whole hour I spent talking to him. He's so professional, kind, personable, and if I could, I would be in his office all the time soaking up his knowledge and learning from him. Andy Gale also reviewed and commented on my contract, he gave me suggestions and helped me to have a more bulletproof contract. I also spoke to Andy Gale regarding incorporating my business, in the end, he said I wasn't quite ready to be incorporated. I so appreciate the extra time and money he saved me by being so honest. I am so extremely grateful for the time, honesty, energy, and knowledge that he has shared with me. Andy is my go-to lawyer. In the future when I have questions, whether it's with client relations, my will, my trust, a revise on my contract, a business matter, being "legit" in my business, being corporate, or whatever else, I will definitely be going to Andy. In my previous corporate position I had become used to having an outstanding corporate attorney ready to talk about and give an opinion on any question or concern I might have regarding the business. Having that asset available whenever I needed it significantly improved my business decisions. Now that I am no longer with that company I was very concerned that I would not be able to find an attorney of equal caliber capable of doing the same thing. That concern was paramount because I am currently working on a stockholder type of project that could have legal ramifications if not performed correctly. Those all convinced me to call and schedule an appointment. The meeting with Andy went extremely well. Especially considering that we had just met and don't really know each other yet. Andy listened and asked very pertinent questions before giving any opinions. His opinions were well thought out and completely focused on the material being discussed. Because no legal opinions are absolute, he discussed the potential risks of the decisions. He also gave a couple of ideas that I had not even thought of. I feel that I have found an outstanding attorney that I can use for my business and personal endeavors. An attorney that will listen to the whole picture and who has the experience and skill to give outstanding opinions.
